MONEY & CALORIES ---------------------------------- Sourdough Bread : 5€ / kg , one 70 g - big wide slice of sourdough bread. = 0.35€ per Tartine. and 186 calories (a big big slice ) Fresh Goat cheese 12€ / kg . Took about 40g then used half of it, 20g = 0.24€ per Tartine. and 73 calories (i think it’s even less cause this one is fresh so full of water) Peaches : 3 €/ kg. 1 peach ~ 200 gr and makes at least 6 slices which are enough to make 2 tartines : = 0.3 € per Tartine and 39 Calories. Spring onions : 12€ /kg : used about 5 grams so : = 0.06€ per Tartine and 2 calories Olive oil : 2 x 1 tsp per Tartine.
