Road Trip Through Douro Valley | Portugal

In early December, a couple of us rented cars and drove from Porto all the way towards Douro Valley, stopping here and there in local towns, or whenever an area seemed interesting or was too pretty to ignore. Castelo de Paiva, Ancede, Adega, we spent the night in Lamego and fought for our lives in the many, many stairs of São Martinho de Mouros, before taking in the sights on our way back to Porto, through Vila Real (and its beautiful Christmas Market, which I unfortunately did not think of capturing). Since I moved to Porto, travelling has been so much easier. The proximity to other places, but also the affordability. I feel deeply lucky that life has brought me to where I am today, and I can't wait to share more trips and discoveries with whoever is interested in watching these humble, silly videos of mine.
