First Launch and Sail of our Morbic 12. 9th Sept 2020

The Morbic 12, a Francois Vivier design, has been described; "A very handsome and practical little boat"; "A really pretty beauty." We completely agree. We think ours is the 10th to be completed and launched in UK - [Information welcome] Several more are currently in build. No wonder; the type is so fine that we imagine others will soon be afloat in UK. Our Morbic 12 was launched on Wednesday 9th September 2020, six months after build began. She participated in Reading Sailing Club's annual "Twilight Race" on the same day. Coincidentally, this was the same day as the start of the annual Dorestad Raid (Netherlands) which we would have attended had Covid 19 not interevened.
