90s The Dark Knight Vhs Trailer Fan Made Welcome to my DC Universe. This video is the 2nd fan made trailer entry of my series. This video focuses on the first movie of this would be series. Before Batman fought Superman (BATMAN/SUPERMAN), Batman has to team up with Commissioner Gordon to stop The Joker. I've been wanting to do this idea forever. I've wanted to redo THE DARK KNIGHT as a 90s movie. Originally, I was going to use George Clooney or Michael Keaton but the idea of making a prequel to my previous video and building my universe was an idea I could not pass up. This series is not a "what if". I'm not trying to be historically accurate with star power. Its just basically my favorite actors in the roles of my favorite characters. Bruce Willis is my favorite actor and I wanted to use him as Batman. Denzel Washington as Gordon seems like a no brainer and fits with this world, Bill Pullman as Harvey Dent is perfection, Nicole Kidman as Chase Meridian because she's my favorite from Batman Forever, and of course Williem Dafoe as the Joker. Didn't want to do heavy "effects" because that always kills a mashup for me. Instead I treated him like the Shark in Jaws. Build up to the reveal at the end. If you notice, I have John Goodman listed in the credits but he's not in the trailer. He wouldve been Harvey Bullock. I used alot of movies that I will list later.
