The normal course for most men and women is to marry. Most are unprepared for marriage causing many problems that often are not overcome but sadly end in divorce and possibly unscriptural remarriages. The main task of the family is to prepare children as they grow for marriage. This begins by teaching them to become and live as faithful Christians. Faith in God will aid them in serving God and becoming the type of spouse they will need to be to overcome all trials concerning marriage. Beyond this, there are other things to be done to help prepare young people for marriage. Let us prayerfully study these things together and seek to joyously apply them in our families to His glory.
