When we talk about nutrition, we often focus on macro nutrients and calories. Even though they are important, we cannot forget aspects that cannot be measured. Mindful eating is one of them... If we look at this meal I had with a dear friend of mine doctor Olli Sovijärvi. Yes, the macros and nutrients are spot on. However, what is even more important than that? We sourced the ingredients locally. E.g. the meat is from highlander cattle and Olli explains in the video what is different about it. We ate outside in the nature by a fire We had an awesome conversation and catchup whilst eating We ate mindfully without rush It was a full experience where all aspect of the meal were optimized Next time you cook a meal with someone important, pay attention to these aspects that aren't measurable. You will be surprised how much they affect on your wellness and happiness. This was hands down, one of the best meals I have ever had. Glad we are able to share little bit of it via this video.
