this is not difficult. but you need some patience and elbow grease (work) to take on this task. my initial plan was to wrap it myself, but I completely whimped out. because I was installing the Ginger Glitter Glass wrap which is the thickest wrap on the market and because of this it requires full on cement glue on drum and the back of the wrap. I shipped the cleaned drum and wrap back to Precision Drum Co. They finished the job. and I Paid much less because I removed the old wrap and glue.
