ఈ వీడియోలో మేము తరతరాలుగా బంగారు ఆభరణాలు తయారు చేస్తున్న స్వర్ణకార కుటుంబాల జీవన పరిస్థితులను రికార్డ్ చేశాం. బంగారం ధరలు రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతున్నా, వాళ్ల ఆదాయం మాత్రం పెరగడం లేదు. ముందు ప్రజలు తమ దగ్గర ఉన్న బంగారాన్ని ఇచ్చి నమ్మకంతో స్థానిక గోల్డ్‌స్మిత్ దగ్గరే ఆభరణాలు చేయించుకునేవారు. కానీ ఇప్పుడు పరిస్థితి పూర్తిగా మారిపోయింది.పెద్ద జ్యువెలరీ షోరూములు, మెషీన్‌తో తయారయ్యే ఆభరణాలు, రెడీమేడ్ డిజైన్లు మరియు మారుతున్న వినియోగదారుల అలవాట్లు చిన్న గోల్డ్‌స్మిత్‌లపై తీవ్ర ప్రభావం చూపుతున్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు ప్రజలు స్థానిక కార్మికుల కంటే బ్రాండెడ్ షాపులు, ఈఎంఐ పద్ధతులను ఎక్కువగా ఎంచుకుంటున్నారు. అందువల్ల చాలాసార్లు వారికి రోజులు గడిచినా ఒక్క ఆర్డర్ కూడా రాదు.రోజంతా అగ్గి ముందు, రసాయనాల మధ్య పనిచేయడం వల్ల వారి ఆరోగ్యం కూడా దెబ్బతింటోంది. కంటి సమస్యలు, శ్వాసకోశ సమస్యలు, శరీర నొప్పులతో బాధపడుతున్నా కుటుంబం కోసం కష్టపడుతూనే ఉన్నారు. ఇంత కష్టపడ్డా సంపాదన మాత్రం చాలా తక్కువగా, స్థిరంగా ఉండడం లేదు.మరొక బాధాకర విషయం ఏమిటంటే వారి పిల్లలు ఈ వృత్తిని కొనసాగించాలనే ఆసక్తి చూపడం లేదు. తల్లిదండ్రులు పడుతున్న కష్టాలు చూసి వేరే ఉద్యోగాలను ఎంచుకుంటున్నారు. శతాబ్దాలుగా కొనసాగుతున్న సంప్రదాయ వృత్తి క్రమంగా అంతరించిపోతున్న పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడుతోంది.బంగారం ధరలు పెరిగినా వారికి ప్రయోజనం లేదు. తయారీ చార్జీలు చాలా తక్కువగా ఉండటం, కొందరు కస్టమర్లు బాగా బేరమాడటం వల్ల జీవనం కష్టంగా మారింది. ప్రభుత్వ సహాయం, సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, రుణ సౌకర్యాలు లేకపోవడం వల్ల వారి జీవితం సంక్షోభంలో పడింది.ఈ వీడియో ద్వారా సంప్రదాయ కళాకారుల సమస్యలను సమాజానికి తెలియజేయాలనే మా ప్రయత్నం. వీరి గొంతు అధికారులకు చేరేందుకు దయచేసి వీడియోను షేర్ చేయండి. In this video we spoke with traditional goldsmith families ( Swarnakar / gold artisans) who have been continuing this profession for generations. Even though gold prices are increasing day by day, their income is not increasing. Earlier people used to give raw gold to the local goldsmith and get ornaments made with trust and personal relation. But now the situation has completely changed. Big jewellery showrooms, machine-made ornaments, ready-made designs, and changing customer habits have badly affected small goldsmiths. Customers prefer branded shops and installment schemes instead of local artisans. Because of this, daily work has become very rare for traditional goldsmiths. Some days they don’t even get a single order. These artisans spend long hours in front of fire and chemicals, which is affecting their health seriously. Many of them are suffering from eye problems, breathing issues and body pain, yet they continue working just to feed their families. Even after such hard work, their earnings are very small and unstable. Another painful reality is that the next generation is not interested in continuing this profession. Their sons and daughters are choosing other jobs because they see the struggles of their parents. A centuries-old traditional craft is slowly disappearing. They say that even though gold prices rise, they do not benefit from it. Making charges are very low and sometimes customers bargain heavily. Without financial support, welfare schemes, loans, or recognition, their livelihood is at risk. This video highlights the real struggles of goldsmith workers and raises awareness about protecting traditional artisans and their future.
