Girl, it is so crazy to think about how I was fr smoked aht! The main thing this break taught me was to listen to myself. I realized I started smoking heavy because of stressful circumstances I didn't see an end to at the time. Instead of realizing that I was in an environment that wasn't for me, I ignored my feelings and continued to push down a path that wasn't for me. I'm still forever grateful to have went through such a frustrating chapter in my life. They say you have to lose yourself to find yourself.
