Around 2800 Sqft Residence located in a colony that has over a hundred houses within an sq km. Utilization of the space was the major challenge. So the cantilevered projections were made near the window which will act as the seating space in someplace and as a wardrobe in others. This also acts as the chajja and adds a design element to the exterior of the house. The color of the house was kept monochrome with shades of grey for a minimal modern look. Ground floor as open floor layout which makes space look big. The living room has a double-height ceiling with a skylight for natural daylighting. For interior design, the natural material palette was chosen with Royal teak veneer panels ns natural stone. Neutral wall color gives prominence to design elements. Wallpapers are used on accent walls to make them stand out and break the monotony. Each bedroom its own story. has master bedroom has a private balcony, walk-in wardrobe with attached bathroom. The use of veneer panels continues in this room.CNC jali patterned wooden ceiling is alluring. Son's bedroom features a workspace with a platform bed. The daughter's bedroom has a study table and wardrobe protruding out using a cantilevered slab and a large L-shaped window to receive maximum daylighting and also to make the room look bigger.
