Today we replace the failed color wheel inside a BenQ HT3050 Projector. There are a reasonable amount of dust build up that probably led to the wheel hub flexing from heat and that in turn caused a few segments to fail. The owner sourced the color wheel themselves and sent everything to me for repair and cleaning. Packed VERY nicely. This was a very straightforward repair. This also applies to the HT2050 and 2150. They are the predecessor to the 3050 and definitely show their internal influence. This model has an internal HDMI and mini USB plug that I believe is for the BenQ Wireless video option.
