This isn’t just a stat on a page. These are our mums and dads, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partners and friends. That’s why CALM is here every day to help anyone struggling with life - and provide everyone with the skills to help prevent suicide. Because suicide prevention doesn’t just start in a moment of crisis. It starts with helping people find the tools to manage their wellbeing every day.
