I found this tool from Japan recycle shop in my city. It is an old model threaded rod cutter made by National, Japan. The tool is working fine except the battery. I convert the Nicd battery to Li-ion battery. I use 6 cells of 18650 and BMS 3S60A to build new Li-ion battery pack 12.6V 6Ah.
