Meet the climate champion winners of the UK government sponsored Global South Ashden Awards

Every year the Ashden Awards celebrate and support the best climate innovators across the world who are helping to build a fairer more sustainable world. Since 2022 the UK government has been sponsoring the awards for Energy Innovation, Powering agriculture, and Natural climate solutions, in the Global South. From securing land-rights for semi-nomadic tribes in Tanzania, to producing affordable solar products in Nigeria and buying back chain saws in Borneo, this video highlights the amazing work that the winners of these awards are doing in partnership with local communities, as they strive towards climate justice for all.
