Veteran Pierce County detective arrested on suspicion of DUI after Graham car crash

A veteran detective with the Pierce County Sheriff's Office is in jail, accused of driving under the influence and causing a crash that sent a woman to the hospital over the weekend in Graham. Chadwick B. Dickerson, 52, of Graham, appeared over video from jail at a court appearance Monday afternoon. A court commissioner found probable cause for one count of vehicular assault and gave prosecutors 72 hours to decide on filing charges. According to a Washington State Patrol report, Dickerson was driving north on 132nd Ave at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday when he pulled into the intersection and was struck by a Ford Expedition that was driving west on 288th Ave. -------------------------------------------------- For more on the story: https://komonews.com/news/local/sheri...
