Best of the Year of the Dragon – A MiOsc Recap As the Year of the Snake arrives, Oscar and I sat down for another exciting MiOsc episode, looking back at all the things that made the year of the dragon unforgettable. From books that impacted us, to movies we enjoyed, and most memorable moments—we explored some of our favorites from last year. Our conversation naturally find its way into the realm of travel and food. Last year was full of adventures, and it was no easy task narrowing down the most memorable destinations and events. Perhaps the most enriching part of our recap was revisiting the meaningful conversations we’ve had—both on the podcast and beyond. These moments of connection reminded us why I started the podcast in first place: to build empathy, understanding, and growth. No "Best of" episode would be complete without some fun surprises. We each brought personal highlights—things that made us smile, whether big or small, significant or silly. The Year of the Dragon has been full of challenges and good times, but I’m grateful to take a moment to reflect and share all the things that made us laugh and cry. Let us know what’s made your Year of the Dragon memorable—books, movies, trips, or anything in between! I’ve been enjoying these conversations and hope you have too.
