TAISAN LOAF - is a Filipino version chiffon cake made on a loaf pan, topped with butter, sugar & cheese. ⁉️SORRY I FORGOT TO MENTION THE BAKING TEMP ON THE VIDEO🤦♀️ ✴️Preheat oven & bake @ 180C for 30-35 mins. or until brownish color. ✴️Do not open the oven door too early to avoid cake from deflating/shrinking. ✴️BAKING TIME MAY VARY WITH OVEN SPECS ✔️Cake Batter 4 egg yolks 1/4 cup [50 grams] sugar 1/4 cup [60 ml] water (or milk if desired) 1/4 cup [60 ml] veg. oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup [115 grams] cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt ✔️Meringue 4 egg whites 1/4 cup [50 grams] sugar 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (vinegar for substitute or can skip this ingredient) ✔️Toppings (amount as desired) •butter / margarine •shredded cheese •sugar (I did not use sugar but you may use if desired) ✴️Can STEAM too, cover the cake pan with foil then steam on medium heat for around 45 mins or insert toothpick on the cake to test until it comes out clean. ⬇️TRY THESE TOO!⬇️ MOCHA CHIFFON CAKE • No Bake MOCHA CHIFFON CAKE STEAMED CUSTARD CAKE • STEAMED CUSTARD CAKE | Chiffon Cake | Cust...
