Also on Twitch:   / 3752790   The main improvement to my old run (   • Final Fantasy VII : Speedrun in 2:26:09  ) is the application of the StatusMAX glitch, which I had found in the meantime. It allows one for example to skip the Kalm Flashback, thus cutting the time by about 17 minutes. On the other hand, the lack of the PHS requires me to always go to the Northern Cave to exchange party members (I cannot access the PHS on board the Highwind as a side effect of Yuffie Warping). The Source Duplication and Ultimate Weapon went flawlessly, Bizarro-Sephiroth on the other hand was very unlucky. I might return to this category after possibly optimizing the route.
