Spectre Theme - Writings on the Wall - Piano Dressage Music

With a simple piano arrangement of the theme from "Spectre", this video demonstrates how one song can occasionally have its tempo adapted to suit a number of different dressage movements. Most songs work best if they don't stray too far from their original tempo. The difference in tempo between canter, trot and piaffe/passage is quite large, so one song rarely fits all. To make this work, we needed to record a piano arrangement rather than adapt an existing recording. Of course, how well our example actually works is for the individual to decide. What we lose by straying from the original tempo at times, we may recover by keeping a single flowing theme. There is no wrong or right.
