HYROX Outdoor on a Paradise Island | Club La Santa, Lanzarote

Club La Santa in Lanzarote is home to one of the first official outdoor Hyrox gym in the world. One of the worlds best sports resorts, now caters for one of the world fastest growing sports, and it's all done in the glorious Canary Islands sunshine (mostly). During a recent trip to the sports resort, I took on a full Hyrox simulation utilising the 400m running track for the 1km runs before taking on each Hyrox station. Club La Santa hosts two Hyrox classes each day and one full simulation each week (on a Thursday morning). There are about 16 spots available on the full simulation and it is split into 4 heats. Everyone starts at the same time but heats have a different order of stations so to not cause bottlenecks. Should you wish to do Hyrox in the correct order, that is available in heat 1 but it is subject to availability. I did it in a slightly different order as follows, with 2.5 laps of the running track (1km) before each station.
