Samir is a commissioner on the Global Commission for the Stability of Cyberspace, an international multistakeholder body working to discover and detail the norms and rules that will help in managing cyber regimes implicating international security. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Geopolitics and a member of its South Asia Advisory Board where he consults on digital and tech sector issues.
