Mung bean cake is my favourite and the most authentic southern Taiwanese snack.""I took the symbol:=8= from the repeated word "＝＝8＝＝8＝＝8", and it has two meanings. "The first meaning is that == represents 22 in traditional kanji writing, and =8= = represents 228.""The second meaning is that 8 represents people, and = represents the people's hands.""I want people to understand that 228 is not just a massacre incident that happened in 1947.
