More luxury apartments are popping up everywhere and competition to land a good place is growing. So, I decided to start an apartment tour series. I’m going to show you what every price range gets you for a place in Sacramento. So far I’ve given a tour of The Ice Blocks which is in the $2000 range and a bachelor pad at The Hardin in the $3000 range. This week we’re jumping all the way up to $5000+! The new 1430Q apartment complex in the heart of Sacramento may be the nicest one I’ve seen so far. I tour the entire complex and view a luxury 2 bedroom along with their high end penthouses.
