The time has finally come, when in perfect weather and light, UP 1988, the Missouri, Kansas, Texas Heritage would show up leading a train. NS 295 had the honors of having Ms. Katy on the point, and Mark (CSXQ614), a few other friends, and I had the privilege of chasing her from CP Clark in Hiram (125.4H) to CP Bunch in Jenkinsburg, GA (195H), a total of almost 70 miles. NS provided tons of other goodies in between, including some decent East End District trains, my most favorite 4 Axle unit, a GP60, on G95, an all UP powered NS 226 (UP Z-LCAI) and a CP ES44AC leader on NS 230, which had 6 units total, including a rare (1 of 10) original model NS SD70Ms. Sit back and enjoy nearly 26 mins of heart pounding NS Action in Central Georgia.
