Rehras Sahib (ਰਹਰਾਸਿ ਸਾਹਿਬ) is an evening prayer of the Sikhs, which speaks of the greatness of Waheguru, the almighty God. As recorded in Sri Guru Granth Sahib, it contains the hymns of four different Gurus; Guru Nanak Patshah, Guru Amardas Ji , Guru Ramdas Ji and Guru Arjan Dev Ji. Now part of the Rehras Sahib, the Benti Chaupaee, attributed to Guru Gobind Singh was added to the Bani in the late 19th century. Each section of the prayer casts light on another aspect of God. It is recited after a hard days work when one is worn out. It adds energy to both the body and the mind allowing one to conclude their day, giving thanks to the Almighty for the completion of another successful day.  “So Dar” SGGS page 8 to 10, is a sacred hymn (Shabad) from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the holy scripture of Sikhism. It is the opening section of the evening prayer, Rehraas Sahib, and is also included in Japji Sahib. The words "So Dar" translate to "That Door" or "That Divine Gate," referring to the spiritual realm where Waheguru (God) resides and all beings sing His praises. It answers profound spiritual questions about where God resides and how countless beings, celestial bodies, and divine forces are constantly engaged in His praise. Sung in Raga Asa- it evokes feelings of elation and ecstasy. With this release, I wish to bring peace, gratitude, and a deep spiritual connection to everyone who listens.
