WHAT ARE THOSE LITTLE BLACK DOTS ALL OVER MY VEHICLE THAT I CAN REMOVE WITH MY FINGERNAIL? THAT IS THE QUESTION I ALWAYS GET. In this video i come across a client that was not sure what was on their vehicle until i arrived and informed them that it was something called artillery spores which comes from their mulch. The mulch contains a live fungus that is able to shoot spores in the air and can travel several feet in the wind to adhere to your vehicles paint or any surface. The problem here was that they left the spores on the paint for several months which makes it harder to remove the longer they sit. To remove them even when they are a difficult state. All you need is some basic products. Wash the car first and then clay bar the area panel by panel. The spores will leave a residue which can be removed with an APC or a polish. I found the hand polish to be more effective because it gave the microfiber cloth a little bit of cut. Once you complete the area, you can use a wax or sealant or even do an all-in-one polish if need be. #satisfying , #exteriordetailing , #cardetailing , @DetailedImage , @3DCarCare @PandSDetailProducts @illusionzauto @dallaspaintcorrectionautod8343 @wilsonautodetailing @DetailGroove
