Euronews reporter presses EU on journalist fired over Gaza question

A Euronews reporter challenged the European Commission after Italian journalist Gabriele Nunziati was fired for asking whether Israel should pay to rebuild Gaza, the same way the EU insists Russia must rebuild Ukraine. Nunziati’s outlet, Agenzia Nova, called his question “out of place” and ended his contract, exposing what critics say is Europe’s double standards over accountability and Gaza’s devastation. Euronews shared the footage of the exchange, where reporter Vincenzo Genovese asked the Commission to comment on the dismissal and repeated the original question.
