Ingredients For OG Ghee Cake : Dry Ingredients:- Apf (maida) : 1 cup + 1/2 cup Milk Powder : 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup Baking soda : 1/4 tsp Baking powder : 1tsp Elaichi powder : 1/2 tsp Wet Ingredients: Ghee : 1/2 cup Milk : 1 cup (+ if you need to make smooth beater) Vinegar : 1/2 tsp Tip No 1 : If you are an beginner who just started baking I would give you the tip that take two separate bowls in one bowl add all the dry ingredients and seive them once & in separate bowl add wet ingredients and mix well then never add wet ingredients in dry ingredients make sure you add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Tip No 2: Do not make your cake beater so runny or in ribbion consistency that will take a lot of time to bake and also the cake don't rice properly, also don't over mix . Tip No 3: Acc to the quantum of beater select the mould you can use regular dabba also bt atleast there should be a gap of 3 inch in your cake tin don't pour the beater till top else it will rise and overflow . Tip No 4 : Do not open the cover again & again to check atleast for 30 minutes if you are baking in kadai or cooker after 30 minutes you can check and bake till tooth pick comes clear . Tip No 5: Demould once it's cool because you are beginner & handle carefully otherwise it can break too .
