A strong body is a strong mind, Allow your body to come into the pose, feel free to take child pose at anytime. Have fun and challenge yourself to move your body. It's a challenging class that offers advanced options like kicking to inversion of your choice through your vinyasa; taking an arm balance sequence that includes jump back and headstand. As always, work at your level. My classes are like a framework: You definitely don't have to take all of the options, and you can obviously insert more advanced variations wherever you want to. The key element is to be present and aware of your body even checking the ego and noticing your breathe Those of you looking for a very strong practice might think it starts off slowly, but it gets to the rigorous stuff, it really does. I've been loving a slower burning warm-up to respect the bod as it opens. If you consider yourself an advanced intermediate, as well as beginner but find this inaccessible... I'm sure you ARE advanced intermediate. These categories are just so gigantic as to mean almost nothing. I do try to be very clear in these descriptions, though, so I'm glad you're reading it.
