Featuring world famous natural bodybuilder and former American Gladiator, Mike O’Hearn, the People's Champ Kai Greene, and King Kamali - Generation Iron: Natty 4 Life explores the inner workings of professional natural bodybuilding in attempt to expose the truth behind the all-natural claim of the sport.   Specifically, the film dives into the Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association, aka the PNBA, a league dedicated to ensuring all competitors are free of performance enhancing drugs. They claim to use the same drug testing that is implemented by the Olympics to ensure a truly clean sport. Any competitors who are found to fail the test are not only disqualified, they are banned for life from competing and added into a "wall of shame." Generation Iron: Natty 4 Life will follow pro natural competitors Rob Terry, Philip Ricardo Jr., Adrian Pietrariu, Christopher Oketch, Alondra Chatman, and Tiffany Stosich.
