Hello my dear friends ❤️ Today I filmed a real day of our rural life—one filled with calmness, hard work, and delicious traditional food. I started the morning by preparing local Saj bread, and while kneading the dough, I mixed in fresh black seeds to create a unique, fragrant, and tasty bread. After the dough rested, the breads cooked on the hot Saj, filling the yard with an amazing aroma. Then I went on to clean the fresh fish caught from the Dez River, known locally as Pahnak. After preparing them, I seasoned the fish with flour and special spices, frying them over an open fire in plenty of oil to keep their original rustic flavor. This video is full of peaceful moments, traditional cooking, rural lifestyle scenes, and the beauty of simple living.
