Small House Burn

Just realised that I never uploaded this on this channel. This was a very cool experience for me - over a few days, I watched the volunteer firefighters slowly dismantle a house as practice and preparation. And then finally, as a grand finale, they burnt the house down. For those who don't know: the volunteer fire departments in smaller communities are usually run entirely by volunteers, and people in the community can choose to donate their houses to them for training if they don't want the house anymore. The volunteers practise things like cutting the houses open, breaking windows, breaching doorways, and then finally get to have a good live view of how a fire spreads and burns. It's a great learning opportunity and helps the community as well. Plus, it makes an excellent video :)
