Live Online Meditation Retreat - Thursday 23rd February 10am - 1.15pm (UK time) In the convenience and comfort of your own home. I will guide you via Zoom. Retreats are a great opportunity to deepen your practice. The focus for this retreat is ‘transitions’. We are constantly moving from one thing to the next without a space in between and this can mean our minds are so busy and our thoughts erratic. This is an opportunity to embody different states, notice the transitions and pause. It is also an awesome opportunity to carve time out for you to rest and reset. Choose a comfortable space to sit or lie with cushions and blankets. Wear comfortable clothes and have some water and light snacks available to you. You might like to allow space for standing, movement and walking practices. Please note, all practices are optional and can be varied depending on your needs.
