Catching up again with Robert Mruczek, former head referee for Twin Galaxies. Since I asked Robert a lot of the easy questions during our chat in 2019, this time I dove right in to deeper waters, asking Robert about his recollections surrounding Billy Mitchell's claimed perfect score of Pac-Man in 1999, Billy's ridiculous court cases, a recent dispute against one of Robert's scores, and of course, Walter Day, Roy Shildt, and a few others.
