SAR Vision Command Prototype Demo | Real Time Drone Human Detection

This is a full 10 minute demo of a working prototype I built for Search and Rescue teams. In this video I run real drone test footage through the system and walk through how it detects possible human targets in real time. The software highlights detections, tracks persistence, estimates distance based on bounding box size, and provides a live zoom preview designed to reduce operator fatigue during large area searches. The goal is simple. Long aerial grid searches are mentally exhausting. Fatigue leads to missed details. This tool is designed to act as a second set of eyes, surfacing possible human shapes that might otherwise be overlooked in wide terrain. Everything runs locally on a laptop. No cloud processing. No external streaming. Built to be field usable. This is still a prototype and continues to evolve. I am refining it based on practical SAR workflow and real world usability.
