APRIL 5, 2018 Congressman Ed Royce serves California’s 39th Congressional District, encompassing parts of Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties. For the 115th Congress, he was selected to be Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, a position he has held sine January 2013. In this role, he has been one of our nation’s premier representatives to foreign governments around the world, advocating for a strong foreign policy that has kept the American homeland safe. Following a long history of public service, the Congressman announced his retirement from public office earlier this year. To commemorate his life of service and his established relationship with the OC Forum, we are honoring him with a special program, looking back at his many accomplishments while gaining insight into a long and storied career.
