MIDNIGHT ARENA/SOLO SHUFFLE TIER LIST

I decided to try my hand at the arena tier list as well. spent like 5 hours this morning logging over to every spec in the game looking for pruned abilities, new tools, various forms of damage and healing, and also doing some research from other people's insight on each spec. I'm hoping I got enough information that this doesn't age too poorly. this midnight tier list takes all form of arena into consideration, but obviously I mostly thought through 3s and solo shuffle while placing things because those are the two most important competitive brackets we've got left. every spec is ranked (besides tanks) and holy COW is there a lot of specs now in midnight so I'm sure something fell through the cracks. tell me everything you would change in the comments below and make your case for why your favorite spec should be higher!
