Over the years, I’ve undergone a drastic transformation, I lost 25kg and am still working on myself as I believe that keeping fit is a life-long journey. I am also gradually working on learning an elite sport and I’ve gotten to realise that NUTRITION doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌱💪 Also, there’s so much unrealistic BS on social media that one can easily fall prey to it! Anyway that’s a topic for some other day. So, I keep my meals high in protein & lower in carbs with simple swaps—like protein bread instead of regular bread, tofu-based meals, and soy milk in my coffee (10–12g protein right there 🙌). For pasta, I love using high-protein options like edamame, chickpeas or red lentil pasta. 🍝 ⚡ And one important tip: never work out on an empty stomach, especially when weight training. In this video, you’ll see me fuel up with black coffee + a rice cake with peanut butter before training. It makes a huge difference. 💥 For snacks? Well, I keep it light—fruits, dry fruits, dates, dark chocolate or foxnuts. Sometimes I also eat banana bread which I bake myself. And I’m not that big on snacks. 🍪 P.S. Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated; moderation is always key. 🥑 And my recommendation: Keep a food log so that you know what and how much you’re putting inside your body. 🙈 This video is just a guideline to show how easy it is to make your meals healthier & more protein-packed without overthinking it.
