Recently, for a training run I decided to give it a go and run from the North side of Colorado Springs all the way to the top of Pikes Peak where my wife picked me up. Just a few short years ago this trail run would have felt nearly impossible. On this adventure you'll see me run up Barr Trail which is a famous trail in Colorado Springs and it's the location where I ran my first half marathon. Running has truly changed my life.
