Ridin' the Pathfinder Trails built Proving Grounds in Dubuque Iowa - In memory of my Dad (RIP)

At Proving Grounds in Dubuque Iowa! Pathfinder Trail Building built this trail system, mostly before I started working for them. I was supposed to help finish things up at the end of my first year with Pathfinder but I got sick with Covid on the day I was going to head down there which stopped me from going down there so this is my first time at Proving Grounds. This land was donated by John Deere and I believe it was also funded by them too. John Deere used this land back in the day as a place to test equipment which is why it's called the proving grounds. My dad recently suffered a massive heart attack and passed away. This was my first time on the bike since it happened and I thought it was fitting to ride here. My dad was John Deere guy. He had a lawn care business and all of his equipment was John Deere. I even worked with him for a few years before working for Pathfinder. Although his passing was sudden it wasn't his first heart attack and I knew that's how he would go sooner or later. It's sad and I'll miss him but I'm okay. Sending it for dad!
