In this video I will be making a chicken bacon ranch casserole with a cannabis infused mayo for the ranch dressing. Ingredients Ranch 1/2 cup cannabis infused mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp celery salt 2tsp finely chopped dill Casserole 1lb chicken thighs 1-1 1/2 cup bacon 1 head of broccoli 1/2 yellow onion 8oz cream cheese 2 cups shredded cheese Salt and pepper to taste Process Ranch Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed together. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Casserole Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) Cook bacon in a skillet until done. While cooking bacon season your chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Once bacon is done cook chicken in bacon fat adding cooking oil if needed. Remove from skillet when chicken read 165 F (75 C) internally. Chop bacon and chicken into manageable bite size pieces. Combine ranch and cream cheese in a bowl and mix until only small lumps of cream cheese remain. Add chopped yellow onion to the bowl and mix again. In a casserole dish add ranch mix, chicken, bacon (leave about 1/4 cup to the side), broccoli, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese, and stir until everything is well mixed. Cover the top of the casserole with remaining cheese and bacon then cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until the cheese on top has started to brown.
