Growing up in a little town called Shallcross in Durban KZN where she received incredible love and support from her community as a young child, Kovini Moodley CA ( SA) went on to become the Head of Risk and Audit in one of the top 5 major insurance firms in South Africa. She has more than 11 years experience in corporate and she shares with us her career and corporate journey, how she climbed the corporate ladder and some of the challenges she encountered while climbing the corporate ladder as a woman of colour. Her purpose in life is to impact lives in a meaningful way and hence she founded Boss Babes of South Africa which is a leading digital empowerment platform focusing on uplifting, motivating and inspiring women.
