In a world where we all want results quickly the "counting macronutrients" methodology appears to be taking us in the opposite direction. In truth though, you should track your macros if you've been struggling to create a better physique, if you're looking to lose weight, if you're looking to understand nutrition a little better or if you're just interested in dialing in the ultimate nutritional strategy for you.
