This meticulous attention to the residence's position is reflected in the unique experience it offers to its residents. The leisure area of the house is shielded by vertical sunshades that control the intensity of sunlight. Here, the pool marks the boundary of the expansive lawn and the termination of the stone wall that extends in three levels towards the street below. The house boasts six suites, with two on the upper floor and four on the ground floor, all featuring breathtaking views of the landscape, the internal garden, and the pool. Visual integration between the spaces is achieved through glass panels and the "J" shape of the first floor, creating a seamless blend of indoor spaces, gardens, and the surrounding landscapes. The architectural design incorporates elements such as stone, wood, glass, exposed concrete, and earthy and green tones, allowing the house to meld with the surrounding natural environment. The living and dining rooms seamlessly connect with the veranda and the gourmet kitchen, providing generous and inviting spaces for entertaining friends and family while enjoying the garden and distant landscape views. A fascinating curiosity about the LSK Baroneza is that the master suite's position was determined based on its view of the condominium chapel, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
