In case of hemp (Cannabis sativa) grown for CBD and fiber production, a following processing line can be applied. The seeds are not yet matured or formed, so a pneumatic seed separator is not implemented in that case. Cut hemp tops are dried in batch floor driers that are both energy efficient and easy to regulate. Tops can be harvested by a front loader mounted machine. The dust from the stripping process is collected in an integrated filter. A VS vibrational sieve separates longer parts of stem, while the rest of the material goes to the finalization step and sieving - achieving desired cleanliness and fraction size.
