As we understand that everything comes down to the health of our biology. Whether that is our gut biology, which by the way, controls 80% + of our immune system, or the plants that we grow, and the animals that we raise, biology is the key to the kingdom of health. As no cell can divide without biology. And, if the cells can not replicate, then there is no plant, or animal, or us. You see, it is the biology that is the construction crew that builds every cell. And it is the biology that creates the materials for the cells from the available materials that it has access to. In our body, it is what we eat, and in the soils, it is from sand, silt, clay, and organic materials. And, of course, our animals eat the plants, so you can start to see the cycle of all life on this wonderful world we live on. No matter what style of growing you like to use, it all comes down to biology.
