Chef Culley features one dish from each of The Preston’s four-course Valentine’s Day dinner: for your starter, Beef Tataki with charred scallion and ginger ponzu, and for an appetizer: Chocolate Pretzel Croissants with honey butter. For your entre you can enjoy: Braised Short Rib with garlic mashed potatoes, broccolini and pomegranate demi glaze and for dessert: Citrus and Berry Dome with orange Bavarian cream, strawberry gelee and champagne macerated strawberries.
