TESTING ANCIENT PAINTS! | Sennelier Egg Tempera Paint Set

In today's video, I thought I'd try some very traditional and ancient paints called tempera from the brand Sennelier. This egg tempera paint set by Sennelier has been around for quite a while, and I believe Sennelier are quite a famous and well known brand of art supplies, so I was very excited to test these paints for myself! After a bit of reading (struggling) I even found out that this egg tempera paint was used before oil painting, and that artist would often create amazing pieces of art with this paint before switching to oil based paints. What I loved specifically about this Sennelier egg tempera paint was it's ability to mix with water, and how easy of a paint it was to use and mix. Although this was only a very tiny introduction to Sennelier egg tempera paint, I'm very much looking forward to getting stuck in and creating some really interesting paintings with it!
