This 4 way color gradient gives off an almost duochrome-like effect. I added a thin layer of white polish on top to diffuse the colors. This also makes the nail look like it is lit from within! :D If you don't have any pastel polish, try using regular colors and then whitewash it with your sheer white polish. My turquoise polish was the lightest one I had on hand, but the white overlay plays it down a bit.
