Here are the 8 Worm Rigs, and the type of gear I'm using. I think the nail weights were from Japan, but I'm linking to an easier-to-get version. Most of these are affiliate links from FishUSA; I use them because I usually get my orders in 1-2 business days, and their prices are great. : 1. Tiny Child Rig - I used half a Senko, but a Z-Man TRD works great as well. Size 1 EWG Worm hook, 1/16 oz or so nail weight. Senko: https://alnk.to/ge7NgE5 TRD: https://alnk.to/3cnIGlO Gamakatsu EWG Hooks: https://alnk.to/hhCl9Do Nako Tungsten Nail Weight: https://alnk.to/1XYpOFM 2. Floating Worm - Just a classic Zoom Trick Worm with a Size 2/0 EWG Worm. Zoom Trick Worm: https://alnk.to/7MbqbBA Gamakatsu EWG Hooks: https://alnk.to/hhCl9Do 3. Weightless Texas Rig - That Same 2/0 EWG Worm, but using the 6th Sense Boosa. Looks awesome, great action, almost glides. The Senko or Finesse Worm would work here too. 6th Sense Boosa: https://alnk.to/bPeQKnC Gamakatsu EWG Hooks: https://alnk.to/hhCl9Do 4.Neko Rig - Yamamoto Finesse Worm, Gamakatsu Oktopus or a Trokar Wacky Hook, VMC Mushroom Nail weight, and the O-Wacky Tool for the O-rings. Tip: "Red Bug" was the color that won the 2025 Bassmaster classic. Yamamoto Sensei Finesse Worm: https://alnk.to/g3d2hYZ Gamakatsu Octopus: https://alnk.to/h6HAaTi Trokar Wacky: https://alnk.to/g3d2i1c VMC half-moon Wacky Weight: https://alnk.to/2uIGLdh O-Wacky Tool: https://alnk.to/hhCl9Ky 5. Floating Wacky - No ring, just the Zoom Trick Worm and the Gamakatsu Octopus Hook. Zoom Trick Worm: https://alnk.to/7MbqbBA Gamakatsu Octopus Hook: https://alnk.to/h6HAaTi 6. Shot Wacky - You want a smaller worm here. I tend to start with the Realis Wriggle Crawler Worm, but the Yamamoto Finesse or any smaller diameter worm will work. The Reins will also catch panfish on the smaller Zappu Inchi Shot Wacky Hooks. Also called an "inch wacky" by some. Realis Wriggle Crawler: https://thehookuptackle.com/products/... Zappu Inchi Shot Wacky hooks: https://thehookuptackle.com/products/... 7. Wacky - the classic fish catcher. Yamamoto Seno for me, usually in Green Pumpkin. I used orange for the video just so it would show up better. :). But orange can be a great color too, especially in spring. Yamamoto Senko: https://alnk.to/ge7NgE5 Gamakatsu Octopus: https://alnk.to/h6HAaTi Trokar Wacky: https://alnk.to/g3d2i1c O-Wacky Tool: https://alnk.to/hhCl9Ky 8. Drop Wacky - Just take your typical drop shot setup and put any finesse worm on it. Bounce it a little for more action. I've been using the Gamakatsu Drop Rig hooks: https://alnk.to/4fSgzuY OK, this might be the first time my description took longer to read than it takes to watch the entire video!
